This is an Order 9 Magic Square, but it only uses the digits 6, 8, and 9. This is kind of a a take off of Holey Primes - prime numbers that only contain digits with holes in them (0, 4, 6, 8, and 8). I chose 6, 8, and 9 because with 3 different digits there are 81 ways to write a 4 digit number, and a Order 9 (9 x 9) Magic Square has 81 blocks to fill. I have not checked to see if it has any other properties other than the basics needed to classify it as a Magic Square.
